Note that this website and its owners are referred to as “RaffleScript.com” throughout this agreement.

You can only participate in this program if you agree to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms of Use").

If you do not agree to these Terms of Use please do not signup and participate. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time. Please check these terms periodically for changes.

By signing up, you agree to be legally bound and to abide by the Terms of Use, just as if you had signed this Agreement.

You must be 18 years of age or older to signup and participate in this program.

RaffleScript.com offers payments on a Net 15 schedule. Entities who generate leads whose total commission exceeds $100 in a single month will be paid on approximately the 15th of the following month. Entities earning less than $100 in a single month may have their earnings "rolled-over" until the earnings exceed $100.

RaffleScript.com reserves the right to terminate this agreement, and an user's relationship with RaffleScript.com, at any time and for any reason.

If any user receives a sale(s) using tactics that are against California State Law, United States Federal Law, or the user's local laws RaffleScript.com reserves the right to withhold all earnings until evidence of validity has been provided by the user.

If you send us scripts, creative suggestions, ideas, notes, drawings, or other information (collectively, the "Submissions"), the Submissions shall be deemed, and shall remain, the property of RaffleScript.com. None of the Submissions shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of RaffleScript.com, and RaffleScript.com shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Submissions. Without limitation of the foregoing, RaffleScript.com shall exclusively own all now known or hereafter existing rights to the Submissions of every kind and nature throughout the universe and shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the Submissions for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to the provider of the Submissions.

RaffleScript.com and its owners are not responsible for any defects or failures associated with this website or any damages (such as lost profits or other consequential damages) that may result from any such defects or failures.
